DRX196757: Illumina MiSeq paired end sequencing of SAMD00203324
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 1.2M spots, 588.8M bases, 304.7Mb downloads

Submitted by: Hokkaido University, Research Center for Zoonosis Control (HU-RCZC)
Study: Bacillus cereus ST1420 strains sequencing
show Abstracthide Abstract
According to multi-locus sequence typing, ST1420 of Bacillus cereus were suspected for correlation with bacteremia (Akamatsu et al, Emerg. Infect. Dis., 2019). We obtained whole genome sequences of B. cereus strains isolated from bacteremia patients and their surrounding environments in Japan and conducted genome comparison analysis to reveal genes that could be correlated with bacteremia.
